No churn, just 3 ingredients,  takes minutes to make, and will quickly become a fall favorite!


4 bananas,  peeled, sliced and frozen

2 tbsp sunflower seed butter

1-2 tsp cinnamon.


1. Add frozen banana slices to food processor and blend until thick and creamy smooth

2. Add sunflower seed butter and cinnamon then  process again

3. Pour into freezer safe dish, freeze for 1 hour until hard

4. Serve and enjoy!

Did you know cinnamon has many health benefits? It’s full of antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties, can lower blood sugar levels, increase insulin sensitivity, and even improve lipid levels. I love adding cinnamon to my oatmeal, smoothies, coffee, fruit, yogurt, and sweet potatoes 🙂
